Who we are

SphinxAL ("we", "us") is an NFT collection and community website at sphinxal.fun. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account information: your email address, and a password if you sign up with email. If you sign in with or link X, we receive your X username, name and profile picture from X.

Profile information you choose to add: display name, profile picture and an BNB Chain (EVM) wallet address.

Community activity: points, referrals, leaderboard rank and allowlist / draw results.

Basic technical data such as cookies needed to keep you signed in.

How we use it

To create and secure your account, sign you in, count referrals, show the leaderboard, run allowlist selection and the minter draws and contact you about your account or the project. We do not sell your personal information.

Your display name, profile picture, points, rank and public wallet address may be shown on the public leaderboard and profile pages.

Service providers

We use Supabase (authentication and database), Netlify (hosting) and an email delivery provider to operate the site. They process data only on our behalf.

Retention and your choices

You can edit your profile at any time. To delete your account and associated data, message @SphinxAL_NFT on X and we will delete it within 30 days.

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

Children

The site is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
